River Run Dental Spa

I wasn’t having the best day. I was extremely tired. I wasn’t expecting the dentist appointment to make my day better. From their warm welcomes, to the music I felt so at ease and relaxed. The staff is very nice and not judgmental. They gave me enough details about my teeth for me to understand and the dentist was nice but direct. I’m actually excited to go back!

I had a toothache I’d been dreading to deal with after a bad experience at another dental office. I found River Run Dental Spa online and decided to give them a call — to my surprise, they were able to fit me in the same day! From the moment I walked in, I was so impressed. The office was spotless, calm, and beautifully organized. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, inviting, and helpful. I only waited a few minutes before being taken back to the exam room. Before even starting X-rays, the staff asked if I wanted anything from their comfort menu — like a blanket, neck pillow, or essential oils. I was honestly taken aback (in the best way!) that they cared so much about my comfort. I haven’t experienced that kind of thoughtfulness at a dentist since I was a kid. While waiting for the doctor, another team member checked in on me to see if I needed anything. Then Dr. Turner came in, sat down next to me, and took the time to really listen to what was going on. She examined the area, walked me through my options, and made sure I understood everything. She treated me like a person — not just another appointment. I go back tomorrow to get the pesky cavity taken care of, and honestly, I’m not even nervous. I can’t say enough good things about this office — I felt truly cared for every step of the way. I’m so grateful I found River Run Dental Spa!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had to find a new dentist after my insurance switched at work. River Run Dental is so unique and wonderful. Staff are incredibly kind, thorough and engaging. The amenities offered put you at ease and are simply luxurious! My 12 year old son is actually excited about going to the dentist after hearing about my experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot say enough positive things about my hygienist Aubree! I was very anxious about the appointment (I waited too long between cleanings) and she did such a wonderful job assuring me and taking her time to make a connection with me. The dentist was wonderful too! She was so calm and comforting. It was a great experience and I truly felt like they took care of my concerns and I wasn’t just another appointment.

Went for a routine cleaning and it by far the best and most thorough dental cleaning I have ever had (my hygienist Ms. Nguyen was so good and technically skilled!). The experience was so comfy with snacks, neck pillows, and a vibrating chair. They spent almost 2 hours on me and my teeth have never felt so clean. This group clearly knows what they are doing. I’m sad I didn’t find them earlier. Thank you!
