The experience was top notch. I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years (Covid/plus I just don’t generally have issues - knock on wood). Anyhow, Dr. Muir was awesome - great at what he does. His assistant’s name I do not remember, (no fault of his, just me being nervous and not paying attention) He was awesome as well . Great interaction/personable and fun to talk with, plus gave helpful tips for future care/hygiene. Very professional. The front staff great as well. Patient and professional. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Dix and his staff are excellent. He stays on top of his profession and the technology needed to do his job. He is great with his patients. Sherry is wonderful and keeps you calm and knows her patients. She is excellent and is extremely knowledgeable about her profession. The entire staff is great and is excellent with their patients. Every procedure I have had done turned out excellent. I would not go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to this dental office for about 4 years, and everyone is always pleasant and welcoming. They are very thorough, and the entire staff treats you as if they’ve known you for years. It truly feels like a place where they care about both your comfort and your dental health.

The best dental office in Richmond VA if not the whole world. They have the best doctors and the best staff. They have a great team there and they will take good care of everyone. I will recommend this place to everyone.

The moment I walked in I was greeted by the nicest front desk folks ever! Daniel did polishing and flossing and was thorough and very pleasant. Sherry, the hygienist was absolutely delightful! Dr. Hughes checked me out after everything else was done. He was thorough, kind, patient and knowledgeable! I’ve never had such a great dental visit and can’t recommend this practice highly enough! Super friendly and kind while maintaining professionalism. There’s not enough stars…
