River Run Dental

The dental hygienist I had today was so kind. I am sad I forgot her name but after I told her I had not been taking care of my teeth as well as I should have due to losing my brother tragically recently she was nothing by kind and understanding. She did not make me feel ashamed. I have a ton of dental anxiety and she kept the whole experience calm by asking about my weekend plans, what I did for work, and connecting with me on my love for hiking and the outdoors. I am really sorry I forgot her name but I was there at 3 pm for a cleaning and my last name is Gallienne. I was really dreading this visit today but she made it actually enjoyable. Thank you!

We absolutely love River Run. Everyone there is so welcoming & professional. Every time We go, We meet a new staff member. We had the pleasure to meet Ria who took very good care of My Son. She explained everything in detail that she was going to do. Thank you again Ria ❤️.

I’m only giving this four stars because I do feel like the front office could use some more organization. I had an appointment in August and had to reschedule and of course nothing was open until February after the new year. When i talked to my hygienist and dentist that saw me, they said they weren’t surprised. However if I had called in to check in, that there were probably some openings because people do cancel. Which i do understand, however, i think if they added an another person, it could hep. My hygienist is fanstastic though. She is always making sure I am comfortable and complimenting me on what I’m doing well with my teeth and always leaving me some homework which is appreciated. She also had a clever idea of linking a link tree with her favorite products in a QR code so I can buy the mouth wash she recommended because I am a person who will forget to floss time to time. She goes above and beyond.

I'm the kind of person that HATES going to the dentist...too many bad experiences. This was my first time here, and they did everything they could to put me at ease. The Hygeinist, Devon, was fantastic--kind, reassuring, light/gentle touch, very understanding. And knowledgeable. They offer an assortment of things to make you more comfortable (e.g. headphones, neck pillow, lip balm, etc.), and even let you bring your own. Bottom line--I no longer dread going to the dentist.

Wendy was extremely friendly and great about explaining the process. My teeth look and feel so much better. The rest of the staff were helpful and made the overall experience quite pleasant.
