Richmond Dentures and Implants

On my first appointment, to dentures and implants, I was 30 minutes early so I expected to wait until my appointment time, instead Lewis called me in ( pleasantly surprised). He detailed the entire procedure thoroughly, as what to expect to the point that I was ready, regardless of the cost. I had experienced talking with two other dentists about this procedure, and was disappointed at their performance and lack of knowledge. I am expecting great success with this dentist treatment and plan, I can’t wait. Lewis made me feel comfortable with the treatment and service that I will be receiving. Had two dental tooth implants done in the past 6 months . Dr Kakkar and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Answered any questions that I had prior to getting the work done. Would recommend if you're looking to get any dental work done

During my pre-procedure visit everyone was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. All my questions and concerns were addressed to my complete satisfaction. A totally great experience! My procedure day went smoothly. Dr. Kakkar did a fantastic job! All of the assistants were friendly, courteous, efficient and dedicated to my needs. I highly recommend Richmond Dentures & Implants!

I just want to commend the current team of this office. I have been a patient for a while and had some issues in the past and the new team here has gone above and beyond!!!! Alexis, the office manager, has been communicative, kind, understanding, and apologetic. These were not her issues to fix (but rather issues from former staff members who are no longer there) but she ensured that I was taken care of and happy. It was so refreshing to hear someone answer the phone and be greeted with a smile when I walked in. Dr. K and his dental assistant were nothing but caring and provided amazing care for me! I am near the end of my journey and I am so happy I came here. Please give them a chance! I think some of these other reviews are a reflection of the old staff. The office really wants to help patients and the “makeover” that they had staff wise was the best thing to happen to them. Thank you Richmond Dentures!!!!
