I was 2 minutes late due to my misunderstanding but they were gracious and helpful and didn’t give me a hard time. I visited the grove location which was in a beautiful renovated house and it was very clean! Everyone was friendly and the Dr. took her time explaining my options. She also gave me a heads up before she did anything that was possibly going to be painful. Definitely recommend

Dr. Randolph E. Birsch, was amazing and I loved the way he treated me and my husband. I was so worried that what bad news he will have for me but the way he explained everything in details that made me feel so much better and relaxed. He’s nurse was so kind and gentle too,she was so sweet and understanding. I will give Dr.Birch and his Nurse NOT FIVE STARS BUT Five thousand stars ⭐️ Because they are not just helping patients they are really caring for them with kindness love care,they are compassionate and loving people and I am so grateful and thankful for them both. Wishing them nothing but happiness success and lots of blessings🩷 Thank you Dr.Birch and Ms.Nurse for all your kindness generosity care love and empathy! We are blessed to have people like you in this world!

Wonderful caring respectful folks Promote the person's who is in charge of the music entertainment while I was there talk about a distractor! How many people are excited about having a "root canal" the great music took bad thoughts away. But the doctor was good too. Charles barker

Everyone was so nice and caring. Dr. Lee explained the root canal procedure and assured me that there would be no pain. Fortunately I did not need a root canal but if I ever did, Dr. Lee will be my dentist!

No one ever strives to be here, but you are cared for when you find yourself at CWE. They are highly specialized and they took care of my root canal the same day. THAT was music to my ears. Thank you Dr. Lee and team. I hope to never need a root canal again, but if I do, I know where I am going. :-)
