The staff has always been accommodating to my needs, whether a reschedule or payment plan options. They always offer a workable solution for my dental care. Their compassion is unmatched. Other than their phone lines staying busy or unanswered,I honestly have no major complaint. Dr. Christian is great! Honest and personable.

Spencer Dental Mechanicsville has a wonderful staff. Dr. Christian has a great amount of shareable knowledge. He communicates effectively and is an excellent advocate for dental health. I’m happy that we were able to get my son’s Orthodontic needs met! The staff is fully supportive and definitely in the business of supporting families. Thank you!!

Absolutely the WORST dentist's office I have EVER been to in my entire existence! RUN!... Don't walk as far and as fast away from this place as humanly possible! Was booked as a limited appointment, even though it should have been a normal appointment slot. Therefore, I had to have 2 appointments in the same day instead of just 1. Also, I was told over the phone that this was their Only appointment time available for that day, but I definitely overheard the receptionist telling someone else other available times for later that day. After the 1st appointment I had that day, the dentist was supposed to send a prescription for antibiotics to my pharmacy, which he never did. After the 2nd appointment for that same day, the dentist was supposed to, once again, send antibiotics and ibuprofen to my pharmacy, again, never happened even though I had 2 teeth extracted and had not been on antibiotics before the extractions. I called that afternoon after finding out the prescriptions were not sent to my pharmacy, after telling the lady who answered what was wrong, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes, then I was hung up on. I called the next afternoon and was told that the entire office was on break and I would have to call back at 2:00 PM. The next opportunity I had to call was at 3:00 PM and was told that my problem was being marked as urgent and to keep my phone line on and clear so I could be contacted back. By almost 5:00 PM I had still not heard from anyone, nor had the prescriptions been sent to my pharmacy. So, I once again called and was told the same thing, only this time they added in that I would be contacted in the next 24-48 hours! Another thing that makes Absolutely NO sense, is that when you call you get an off-site answering service, not anyone in the actual office you went to or are going to. So, you have to contact the answering service and they contact the dentists office! What!? I can understand if it is after hours and you get an answering service, but it doesn't matter what time you call during open business hours, you get the off-site answering service. They have a good rating on Google so I would have Never guessed it was going to be this bad! I guess I should've looked on Yelp because their rating there is only a 1.9 which seems much more fitting considering what I had to deal with. At this point I'm just going to call my primary doctor and see about getting the antibiotics! I bet they don't forget to bill the insurance though! Smdh. Do better or close down!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Exceptional Care! From start to finish, the experience at Spencer Dental and Braces was truly amazing. The doctors and the entire staff went above and beyond with their kindness, patience, and professionalism. They treated my child with so much care and compassion, which meant everything to me as a parent. You can genuinely tell they love what they do and care deeply about their patients. I am incredibly thankful for this team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

Love the office very professional I bring my kids here. The girls at the front desk were nice the staff is very nice. The dental assistant that worked on my children is the best and very patient her name cynniya. Mario was absolutely nice. Highly recommend this office. Plus we didn't have to wait long at all and then
