I am all the way impressed with the results. I got what I would call baby Botox for units in my forehead and my crows feet and in between my eyes and when I say, I look like a brand new person I feel like a brand new person. The environment at light RX was absolutely light. It was refreshing. The ladies are wonderful and the lady that did my procedure. I’m so mad that I forgot her name, she Was so informative. They did not try to sell me anything more than what I wanted and I love that. I will definitely be going back.

I was not aware that I needed to shave before my first laser hair removal session and the technician went forward with the procedure anyway. She saw that the hair was long and didn’t say anything about it until she was done. I feel jipped because that means the laser barely did anything to the hair and I basically wasted the session. I’d like the chance to go another time free of charge. It’s also extremely expensive.

Love, love, love this place. Julia guided me through the entire process and answered all of my many questions. I was fully comfortable going into to my treatment because of her knowledge and experience. Ivy was the one who gave me my lightning facial (laser, if you know you know!) and she was amazing. Explained everything and made me feel extremely comfortable. The facial was amazing, and I could see results before i left. Can't wait to see my face a week from now! Could not recommend enough! If you're thinking about it, do it!

Under new management and the service shows! I have gotten laser treatment for rosacea at Light rx. I know it's a treatment. I know I will never truly get rid of rosacea however the team at LightRx helps to keep my rosacea from flaring up and boosts my self confidence. The office is clean, organized, with a small staff who gets to know you and your treatment needs. The manager Julia is sweet and kind and will walk you through everything the spa has to offer for treatments and packages. You can tell she has YEARS of experience especially with skin treatments. I have seen many doctors and estheticians regarding my rosacea, I can tell she really understands how rosacea affects my skin, eyes, and nose. My goal is to reduce redness and inflammation on my face. I tried laser treatment at other facilities. LightRx in Short Pump can help combat rosacea symptoms. I got a package with combination of laser and hydro facial that is affordable compared to ther places. I highly recommend giving LightRx a try. They have many other treatments options to check out. Self care and self confidence are so important and LightRx can help you.
