Dr. Lee is outstanding. On multiple occasions she has been able to perform procedures immediately to help with my comfort and recovery. She and the rest of the staff are so incredibly kind and personable, and clearly care about their patients. I’m very grateful to have found her practice and to be under her care.

Dr. Lee is amazing. She is kind, patient, and very thorough when explaining the procedures she performs. She takes the time to make sure you understand what to expect and is always honest and transparent about the expected outcome. I truly appreciate her professionalism and care.

I give 4 stars because I love this dermatology practice. I have been a patient here for many years and the staff is wonderful. I take away one star because I went through their laser hair removal treatment a little while ago and I did not receive the desired results. The machine they use is very uncomfortable as well. I have since started going to another facility that has been going much better and is much more comfortable. The young lady who did my treatments was very kind, so nothing against the staff. There seems to be better treatment options out there and more updated machinery, just do some research about the equipment before deciding to go with this type of treatment.

The staff is pleasant and friendly. Dr. Payne is absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and and kind with her words. She answered all of my questions and concerns and I wasn't made to feel ashamed or unintelligent for expressing my thoughts. I am so glad that she will be on this journey with me!

I had an appointment scheduled for my one-year-old daughter and had an extremely frustrating experience. We arrived 20 minutes late due to icy road conditions and the reality of getting a very upset one-year-old out the door and safely into the office. Because we were outside their 15-minute grace period, the staff told us they would “see if they could fit us in.” We were then made to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room with an antsy toddler, only to be told that they could not see us and that we would need to reschedule. If the appointment was going to be canceled, that should have been communicated immediately. What made this worse was that several people in the waiting room said they had already been waiting for well over an hour. It felt less like a firm policy and more like a convenient way to drop our appointment to help the office catch up. This is not an isolated issue. During my previous visit, I arrived on time and still waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen. As a working mother, this meant leaving work early, driving over an hour round-trip, and managing a distressed one-year-old—only to be sent away. There was zero flexibility, support, or consideration for parents with young children or for patients’ time in general. I would not recommend this office to families.
