First time visit recently and received excellent service. Beautiful intimate setting and friendly staff. My appointment was a facial and my skin was glowing afterwards! Super pleased and will return. Aaren is amazing!!!

Wow! I had such a wonderful experience at Sage and Vine! First, I love to get an eyelash lift and tint because it’s so chic and low maintenance. Def will be coming back to see Lola! I also tried their lymphatic drainage / fascia massage facial and it was incredible! Erin took ten years off my face— swelling I didn’t even know I had disappeared. Who needs an upper bleph when you can have a lymph massage!? My jaw is contoured, my lips plumped(!!) and my eyes are lifted. I didn’t know I had so much swelling in my face. But I absolutely love the results. Plus it was super relaxing and I felt the tension leaving my face and jaw, and I’m a grinder soooo.. 10/10 would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ainsleigh has always been such an amazing part of my wax experience. She has been doing my waxing for 3 years. She makes me feel comfortable in the space and answers questions and is incredibly knowledgeable about her practice.

I got two or three facials here in early 2025 as wedding skin care and prep. I had never gotten facials before so wasn't totally sure what to expect. The first one was good but the ones after seemed to show fewer and fewer results while my aesthetician seemed to recommend more and more advanced (expensive) treatments for needs that I didn't seem to have. For example, in the first session I discussed wanting to get rid of some of the very very minor acne I had in between my eyebrows, and at the end of that facial she recommended a full on acne treatment facial for the next session, a noticeable step up in care and price from my first facial, which I was overall happy with. The next acne facial or two didn't really produce any results. At the end of my last session, she recommended micro needling which was odd to me given that I had expressed clearly on our very first session that I was, under no circumstances, interested in needles of any kind. It just made me feel like she was more focused on getting more expensive treatments out of me than focusing on making my skin a bit clearer for my wedding day.

Really disappointed in my full set today. I got a foreign lash removal (which was fine and painless) and then a full set of hybrid lashes with added wispies and added brown color. My total after tip was $290, $250 before tip. This is simply not a hybrid set. I've been getting lash extensions for nine years consistently and been to multiple locations- this is simply not a hybrid set. These are classics with added wispies. Also, I don't know if the chair placement needed to move or what, but every single time the tech leaned in to do my lashes her chest was pressing into the top of my head and pulling my hair. Very uncomfortable and hard to relax when someone's breast tissue is pushing into your literal forehead. This service also took almost three hours, which again, would be fine if I was happy with the final product. There is nowhere near enough volume to justify how long this service took. I've had great experiences at Sage and Vine Mechanicsville getting Dysport, IV Peel, and filler. It is professional and clean inside both locations. That's why I am truly shocked at how bad my experience was today. I will likely never return for any service based on how poorly this went.
