I want to share both my positive and disappointing experiences with Vitapure. When I was sick, I received excellent care from my nurse, Genai. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, showing compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being. Her service made a very difficult time much easier, and I truly appreciated her dedication. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to learn of the sudden closure of the Prince George location. Even more upsetting was the news of the unfair termination of Nurse Genai. It’s disheartening to see someone so dedicated and caring treated this way, and it left me with a negative impression of how Vitapure values its staff and patients. Because of this, I will not be returning to Vitapure and cannot recommend it to others, despite the excellent care I received from Nurse Genai.
