I had a quick, efficient, and very pleasant visit at Richmond Dermatology recently. I was seen by Christina O., a DCNP on staff, who did an excellent job addressing a minor issue I came in for. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to suggest thoughtful treatment options for another minor concern as well. I truly appreciated her professionalism and approachable manner. I have been a patient at Richmond Dermatology since 2012 with Dr. Gross, and my experiences there have been positive. It’s reassuring to know that the high standard of care continues across the entire team, including Christina, DCNP. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dermatologic care in the Richmond area. It’s a well-run facility with skilled providers who make visits both comfortable and effective.

Excellent experience with Dr. Peck and her practice. The staff is professional and accommodating, especially with scheduling changes — I’ve been successfully moved to earlier appointments through their waitlist system. Wait times are minimal, and Dr. Peck is both personable and very thorough in her care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist.

Everyone at MOHS Center of Richmond Dermatology were very pleasant and comforting and made sure you are comfortable. They answered all of my questions and concerns and made sure I was at ease when I left. Dr Wallace assured I would be fine and if I had any concerns after leaving to call him personally. Although I was pleased with wait time and check in process, I have to admit the staff that took me back and who I had appointments with felt very cold. I came in for minor problems, and as someone that was already anxious about being there, I can’t imagine someone with a more serious problem having anxiety and worries. I hope that management will be able to imply procedure for their employees to make patients feel more at ease and cared for. The nurse I saw was in there for maybe 3 minutes and quickly dismissed my problems without listening to my thoughts.

I was very impressed with the highly professional, personalized treatment, and very pleasant demeanors with each and every person in the facility. Super clean, beautiful interior design, well-organized reception process Most of all, I felt heard, valued, and respected in each step and aspect of my visit.
