From scheduling the appointment to working out the shape all the way through follow up, everything was on point. I found Donna through 2 friends after already having my brows done by another artist 3 years ago, but I wasn't 100% satisfied. I explained my concerns to Donna and what I felt needed to be changed and she 100% agreed. It was a totally different experience being serviced by her than the original artist. She truly took her time to get my brows just right. The process was quick and pain free. Her level of detail is unmatched! I left LOVING my new brows and feeling confident.

I did a lot of research before choosing where I was going to get my brows done. I decided to go to Donna based on her reviews and pics. Let me just say it was the BEST decision I have made. She walked step by step of what she was doing,. Her place is very clean and comfy. Very friendly and listened to what my goals were. She 💯 percent delivered plus some on the look I was wanting. I HIGHLY recommend her. If you have been hesitant like I was don’t be I wish I had went to her years ago.

Madeline was amazing! I reached out hoping for a walk‑in on a Thursday, even though she normally only takes those on weekends, and she still found a way to fit me in just a couple hours later. She was incredibly kind, so gentle with the tattoo, and really patient throughout the whole process. She listened to everything I wanted and made sure the design was exactly right. Overall, 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Donna is a real artist, her job is extraordinary very meticulous and to the point of perfection, , her personality is like no other, she treats you like you are a part of her family.
