Vitality Float Spa

My experience with Vitality Float Spa was great. A few days before my session, I went in for a tour & was shown around by a very friendly employee. Getting to see the pods beforehand helped me feel comfortable going in. I live with chronic pain. An hour in the float pod left me feel calm.

I had an amazing experience at Vitality Float Spa. The cupping therapy and massage were outstanding — you can immediately feel the tension release and your muscles relax. It was exactly what my body needed. The staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and really care about giving you a great experience. The whole atmosphere is calm, clean, and relaxing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality massage therapy and cupping done right. I’ll definitely be back!

Vitality Float Spa was absolutely perfect! I planned a day of relaxation with my best friend for her birthday, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our float sessions. She chose the pod and I chose the room—both were fabulous! The process was simple, expectations were clearly explained, and the space itself was clean, organized, and refreshing. They’ve truly thought of every detail to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The atmosphere is so well kept, and the team is simply wonderful. Fave spa in Richmond! I’ve been coming to Vitality for years, and every single visit has been consistently wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to help you fully relax. Today I had both a massage and a facial, and the experience was incredible. The facial was hands down the best facial massage I’ve ever had. Ayana’s technique is exceptional. The facial was incredibly therapeutic and rejuvenating. You can tell she is highly skilled and genuinely cares about her clients’ experience. My skin feels refreshed, lifted, and glowing! I highly recommend Ayana and this spa to anyone looking for a truly relaxing, high-quality experience. I already look forward to my next visit!

Natalia was great! Their deep tissue massage was the best I’ve ever had. They made sure I was comfortable at all times, and that they were delivering the right amount of pressure. They specifically spent a lot of time on my low back which I strained a week prior.
