I had a fantastic facial here with Heather and will definitely be back. I feel so lucky that I can walk to this wonderful local treasure. The shop out front is beautiful and thoughtfully curated, and I found a lotion and deodorant that smell amazing and feel like a little daily treat. Heather was fantastic. She explained everything I asked about, made helpful recommendations when I inquired, and never felt pushy about services or products. The facial felt completely customized, relaxing, and luxurious, and the products they use work great for sensitive skin. Even with a standard 60 minute facial, you feel fully pampered. Highly recommend if you want knowledgeable, thoughtful care in a relaxing environment.

Loved my experience at Boketto! I have had a facial with Heather and a massage with Malia and both were excellent. I lived in NYC for 20 years and have been to the best of the best, and these women are really exceptional. The small retail store is great too, with a great mix of really special products and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!

My massage with Malia went beyond therapeutic. It actually went beyond healing and really made me for the first time ever in a massage feel emotional in a very positive way.I felt like someone was holding the burden of all the headache pain I had been experiencing for the last three months in their hands and taking it out of mine. It was hard to explain, but when I left there, I felt like a different person. I felt lighter and a complete energy shift. It was extremely healing in so many ways and I will definitely be booking again. It went beyond my expectations in so many ways.

Boketto may be an unassuming building on the outside, but inside is a well curated space with skilled practioners. Anne offers facials that are focused on the lymphatic system and is a magician for head and scalp massage. Heather provided a thorough skincare experience and educated me on how to continue to care for my skin as I move into another decade. Her suggestions were considerate and prioritized sustainable care over a certain product line. I am not a Richmond local, and am now willing to drive for the Boketto experience- curated, thoughtful and of exceptional quality. If you are new to Boketto, I recommend reaching out for recommendations for which service and person can work with you best, however no matter who you work with, you're in for a restorative experience.

My massage yesterday with Kayla was exactly what my body needed after a couple of tough weeks. In fact, I should have written one of these sooner - every session I've had with a Boketto practitioner has been stellar. I get acupuncture from Jelena and walk away feeling calm and balanced, and the relaxation from massages from Kayla is unmatched. It's a special shop - a gorgeous, calming space - but it's the people who work there who make it a place I go back to over and over. From the women who work the desk to the owner, everyone is welcoming and knowledgeable about the work they do. Check it out - it's honestly such a treat!
