Today was my time experiencing a spa day . The atmosphere was welcoming my therapist Bridget was fantastic. I needed a place where I could disconnect from the world and this spa allowed me to do so. My services recieved was a chocolate wrap followed by a relaxing therapeutic massage ending with time in the infrared sauna. This spa day was much needed and much appreciated. I highly recommend this spa!. I look forward to my future spa day visits.

The energy of the space was soothing, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. My massage therapist, Savanna, was highly knowledgeable and tailored the session perfectly to ensure deep relaxation. Every technique used felt intentional and effective, leaving me feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a truly rejuvenating experience! Located in Regency Mall, on the lower level of the mall.

Savannah has magic hands! I get massages alot. My husband gifted me a 90 minute session with infrared sauna which was a new experience. Amazing! I will definitely book again.

Have been seeing Savannah for awhile now, my whole family sees her and we all feel relaxed and great after every massage. She has helped me since I suffered a stroke with dealing with the residual pain and tightness symptoms I experience. Thank you for helping me in my recovery and daily struggles.

Savannah was amazing. For my anniversary my husband got us and also 2 of my children massages. Savannah did my husband and I, and Mary did the kids. We did relaxation massage, and had time in the sauna. I went in with severe neck pain from working in an office. She got the knot out and I have full mobility in my neck. I've never felt better!
