Relax the Feet - Greenbrier

Went here today and the service was phenomenal! The waiting area and restrooms were clean which is always the first thing I notice. The massage was amazing, every touch felt intentional and the “medium” pressure was a little on the harder side for me but not nearly enough to complain about. I felt great after. The front desk staff was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I will definitely be back! They also offer different price points and have a first time customer discount :)

Great place to go for a much needed mid-day nap. Although none of the masseuses spoke English, they understood basic commands of "hard/lower". The ladies at the front will give you the run down of how things will go down once you walk past the blue curtains. Blue lights, spa music, and be warned...youll relax and fall asleep. A bit pricey for non-license massage therapy but if you're looking to get your feet massaged, your shoulders rubbed, and your hair all scratched and jacked up in the middle of the day, come here. You won't regret it. Oh, and definitely add at least the should hot pack!!

I came to use a Groupon that I purchased weeks ago, and I am so glad I did! Hannah at the front desk is excellent at making the guests feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. My session was amazing and very relaxing! Looking forward to going again in the near future!

I like this place, especially when I got a great deal from Groupon! I came on a day when I needed self-care the most. It was supposed to be a 1 hour session where they first soak your feet in warm water while they massage pressure points in on your face, scalp and neck. I was told by the receptionist when I signed in and filled out forms that as I need the massage pressure to be harder or lighter, that I can tell my massage technician. I had asked for harder pressure on my scalp and neck - I asked several times but I found out later that my masseuse is brand new, a substitute on her first day! (Why would the business allow non/experienced staff work on clients??? I don't think she heard me much less understood me , as she was speaking Chinese to her peers. So I got 15 minutes of not effective neck and facial and scalp massage. The remaining time was focused on feet massage. It was average. The stone massage on the feet was done in only 3 minutes. So I'd say if you get deep discount for the service, it may be worth it if you had an experienced staff giving you the massage. Do not pay full price. Ask for better staff.

Wow!!!!! Much needed!!!!! We need more of these in our lives! This was by far the best massage I’ve ever had in my life!!! No kidding! My feet and lower legs were aching so bad. No more! Im gong to sleep so good tonight! Will was the best!!!! I feel amazing!!!!! 100 STARS!!!!!!😁
