If you want a tattoo gone, this is the place to be! They are amazing at what they do. Initially I visited different laser places using the free consultations and Zapatat in Herndon was THE top place I visited, thanks to the owner who happened to take my initial call and Rudina who helped me understand the full process, aftercare process, what to expect overall and she just made me feel so comfortable and I had such a good feeling about them and that I could trust them. (at other places I did not feel the same) Once I was in, I had a great technician Izzy, who was SO kind to me because I was veryyy nervous. Rudina even let me hold her hand because I was that nervous haha, but safe to say the pain was not as bad as I thought. Pricing was fair and they are definitely a more cost effective place in comparison! This was only my first procedure so Ill update later with how the tattoo turns out.

Wonderful experience - the manager Izzy was engaging, gracious, and thorough creating a personal yet professional environment. It is less painful than expected, and more of an electric shock. If you could bear your tattooing you can certainly bear a Zapatat removal!

My experience with Zapatat has remained outstanding throughout the past 3 years. Rudina has treated me with excellent service since my first visit. Although I cannot visit as frequent as I’d like, Rudina is attentive and understanding to all of my needs every single time. I appreciate the care to the client while receiving treatment and most importantly, the sterilized facility. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Zapatat spa! I got the Hollywood Laser Peel Facial, my skin feels amazing, the staff was fantastic, and attentive, the facility is so clean! I highly recommend. I added before and after pics!
