Zapatat

I was referred to Zapatat and from the consultation with the owner to Carmen, the laser tech....couldn't have asked for a better place to remove my 16 year tat. The procedure is wildly uncomfortable for me, I literally felt every zap and every pass but everyone's body is different. I'm excited to see this tat fade over the next few months and I have my spring appointment booked to finish the job!

The owner, Chris, is so beyond nice and friendly! Carmen, the technician, does such a wonderful job! This is my 5th session coming back here and I’m genuinely a huge fan. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! The facility is clean and they even have candy, and gave me a lil cute hat! I was worried prior to my 1st session about the after effects, but it’s been healing and disappearing soooooo nicely! The after care is KEY you guys. Bio oil TWICE a day in between sessions! Can’t wait for my next appt

For a special birthday celebration, my husband flew me out from Colorado to Washington DC and treated me to a "Hollywood Facial". Never made a review before but i juts needed to make one because ive had the best experience ever getting my tattoo removed. they make you feel at home and the costumer service is top tier and are really friendly and welcoming . it’s the best

So far I’ve only had one treatment with Zapatat but it went really well. I purposefully am spacing out my visits because I’ve had some very painful treatments before at different places and I want to give my skin a chance to settle but I will definitely be going back. The initial healing phase is itchy but it’s normal and nothing like I experienced from other places in the past. I got some pretty good fading and am excited to return for the rest of the treatments.
