I had an amazing experience at Sona MedSpa with Kelly! She’s professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Kelly takes the time to explain everything and delivers incredible results. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality care and real results!

I’ve been going to Sona for years. Unfortunately, the staff have become extremely rude—especially Kayla. She and Mercedes are unable to answer simple questions regarding services and membership levels. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that she’s rarely there and have never received a call back. In addition, I requested copies of my medical records and was directed to the patient portal. When I explained that the portal reflects that I have no previous visits, Kayla said, “Well that’s an IT issue”. I’ve asked her twice to send me my records, yet still haven’t received anything. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Virginia Dept. of Health Professionals. For the amount of money they charge, I expect a more knowledgeable and courteous staff. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been going to Sona for many years. My esthetician Shannon is very friendly, professional and does her best to keep any pain to a minimum. They keep me informed of specials that will benefit me. Very pleased with Hull Street location.

I could never say enough positive things about Kelly Gerloff. I lost part of my upper lip to skin cancer years ago. Struggled to find someone to make it look normal again. Then I found Kelly. Not only has she made it look better than before she’s even been able to make my scars all but disappear. She has to be the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered. She’s so good at what she does. I’d follow her anywhere and pray continues in this field for as long as I’m alive!!!

I love my visits here at the office. Everyone is always so pleasant. The office is always so nice and presentable. Shannon does an amazing job and explains everything to me so thoroughly and answers any of my questions. She is great at her job and I would recommend her and the office to meet your needs and help enhance the way you feel. More than 5 stars for me !!
