Absolutely wonderful! The spa itself is gorgeous and Anna is amazing. She’s so knowledgeable. I love that during our consultation she really listened to me and my skin concern's made me get a custom facial right then and there. I feel very confident she will get my skin right! I’m so excited to start my skin journey here with her. ✨

I had another wonderful facial at Habit in Short Pump — this time with Caroline — and it was nothing short of amazing. What stood out immediately was that Caroline remembered our conversations from my previous visit. That level of attentiveness made the experience feel personal, not transactional. It’s rare and meaningful to feel truly seen and remembered. Her touch was both confident and calming, and she tailored the facial thoughtfully to my skin’s needs. Every step felt intentional, unrushed, and restorative. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and genuinely valued as a client. Caroline creates more than a skincare treatment — she creates an experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

My esthetician Skylar was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and made my first experience at Habit great. She not only talked about each product that she used on me during my facial but she also made recommendations for a good skin care regimen best for my face and skin. The customized facial is exactly what I needed. Not only was the facial amazing, but it left my face feeling so smooth and shiny. I got so many compliments on my face afterwards. This was the best birthday facial!!! I will definitely be coming back.

I really enjoyed the February facial of the month with Anna! The Chocolate enzyme mask (smelled amazing!), Diamond jelly mask was so relaxing (my favorite type of mask & I never knew about them until habit!) & Anna gave a great facial massage! Call it an indulgent experience…I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

I recently visited this location after a night of googling reviews on spas in Richmond and came across this location. The aesthetics and ambience was top tier. I haven’t had a facial in years and wasn’t really sure of what I needed. My provider was Victoria and she was amazing. She was very warm and friendly which helped with comfort and she explained everything that she was doing during the process. I would definitely go back & I went and ordered everything she recommended 😅. My skin felt soooo much better & looked better after she was done. Thanks Victoria!!
