I would give zero stars. I bought a Groupon for las extensions and tried to call to schedule. Got a voicemail and gave a detailed message and nobody returned my call. Then I went up there during the hours they are supposedly open and I banged on the door but it was locked. The only option was for me to pay twice and book online just so I could get an appointment which was supposed to be today but nobody followed up with me or anything. Now I want my money back from Groupon and from Coco Luxe herself since I had to pay twice and still wasn’t seen. I’m stating to think this is a scam

Unprofessional. was searching for a new lash tech when a groupon for CoCo Lux came across my page. I was excited. I purchased and tried to call as instructed on the groupon. I did not receive a call back after leaving a message. Some time went by and again, I saw the great work that was being done. I called and no answer. I reached out to Groupon to get a refund and they told me to try the merchant again. So I tried again and I was able to reach someone. A gentlemen answered and booked my appointment. However, when I tried to give him the Groupon information he told me that he didn't know how to do that but assured me someone would reach out. The day of my appointment, NO ONE reached out. I called to check and a young lady answered and told me someone would call me back. I decided to just go to my appointment. I arrived at the location to a LOCKED door! The sign says Amore, but the business is CoCo Lux, that was confusing. I called to see if I was at the wrong place and was told that no one was there and they could give me a call back. Unfortunately, I will not be able to utilize these services. This was a very unprofessional experience.

Ms Coco is personable, kind and very knowledgeable. I appreciate her asking me my specifics and she got exactly how I want my lashes to be. Subtle yet explicitly defined. My lashes look and feel natural and I never had any discomfort. I highly recommend ms Coco and Coco Luxe Beauty!

Coco luxe is the best in town. This woman is very professional, and skilled at what she does. Coco provided to me the best experience ever. I can tell that her heart is in her artistry; she's also very kind and caring and I love that about her. I would recommend anyone to go here! You will not regret it, and you'll most definitely be in good hands with Coco Luxe beauty services.

I enjoyed my treatment, this is the third time I have had differ things done. Coco always takes her time to explain everything and answers all your questions. Everything I have done has been very effective. I am very satisfied each time I go there.
