I had such a great experience at this facial studio! From the moment I walked in, the space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had the most relaxing vibe. The music was perfect too — as she asked what my preference was while booking, the kind that instantly makes your shoulders drop and your stress disappear. Jada was an absolute gem. She was professional, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. What I really appreciated was how she explained every step of the process, answered all my questions, and even educated me about my skin along the way. It never felt rushed — just thoughtful and personalized. And the facial itself? So relaxing that I definitely dozed off a few times (which is always the sign of a great facial in my book!). If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, calming, professional, and truly cares about your skin, this is it. Fabulous service!! I went in for my 2nd appt with Jada at Onyx and decided to change from my classic lash set to hybrid lash set and it was best decision. Jada is wonderful! She's attentive, makes sure your comfortable and the vibes are 10/10. The heated blanket...oh my goodness!! So relaxing. I look forward to my next appt. Thanks Jada.

Onyx Skin Oasis was a whole experience from start to finish. The environment was so welcoming and had nice little touches from beginning to end such as my name on the ipad, welcoming me, little refreshments, just everything!! Jada was so knowledgeable about everything that I inquired about. She gave me aftercare instructions as well as the best way to maintain my lashes. She gave me knowledge on how to keep my natural lashes healthy while enhancing myself with lash extensions. The environment was so calm, soothing and relaxing. I felt so refreshed when I was done!! She gave me a blanket, had a heated bed, it was just amazing!! I fell asleep and when it was done it was so relaxing, I didn't even realize the time. My body felt light as if I had a massage. I will for sure be revisiting as Miss Jada is for sure my new lash technician. 10/10 for sure!!
