I had an amazing first facial experience with Iesha. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with me. Due to a family emergency, I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and she was so kind and understanding about it. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed—and I’ve already booked my next appointment with her! Highly recommend!

I bought a Groupon and had trouble getting in touch with the owner from the beginning. She didn't respond to the contact form on her website, or to calls. I had to text her repeatedly to book an appointment. When I showed up at the agreed on time, her spa was locked and nobody was inside! I called and texted her repeatedly and never received any response, so I left. Still don't know what happened. Groupon gave me my money back, but you can bet I won't be booking again. A massage is a rare luxury for me, and I was pretty crushed that the owner didn't even bother to show, or communicate to me that she couldn't come.

What set this experience apart was her intuitive technique — instead of a standard, one-size-fits-all approach, she seemed to naturally sense where my tension and tight spots were, adjusting the pressure and focus as the session went on. It was thoughtful, personalized, and incredibly effective. Beyond the amazing massage, she was professional, punctual, and created a calming atmosphere that made it easy to fully relax.
