What a great experience my husband and I had doing compression therapy and cryotherapy.. We loved the staff, Mikaela was awesome. I would recommended asking for an extra pillow for the head during compression therapy and ensure your pants are not bunched up. I have to admit, the cryotherapy was not pleasant during the 2:30 min beginning session, but I felt great after. I would definitely try it again. The feeling was like spending a cold day skiing and sitting by the fire to relax. Highly recommend visiting Restore whenever you’re in the Richmond Virginia area.

This was my FIRST VISIT, and I was just scoping it out as another healthcare provider. I’m an EN myself! I’m so fascinated by all of these new wellness services, what the research shows, and WHO is able to take advantage when f these services right now? Surprise, even in this economy, the store was super busy and overflowing with customers! They’ve built a name for themselves already here in Short Pump and beyond- the website looks like this is a national company! I’m excited to learn more! Membership not required but you get the best deals if you also pay for a membership. Customer service was excellent! Can’t wait to try the services next!

The people who work at Restore Hyper Wellness are really great! Knowledgeable, professional, helpful, kind and accommodating. They have amazing services and they take the time to get to know you and your needs to help better advise and customize your experience to reach your goals. The prices are reasonable and offer high quality products and services. 10/10!

Disappointed by the Cancellation Process and Lack of Transparency First, I have really enjoyed the services (really helpful with marathon training) at Restore, so this experience was extremely disappointing. I submitted the termination form in good faith after being told my final billing date would be 10/25. At no point did anyone mention that a second cancellation form would be required, nor was I told to expect or look out for an additional email. Because of that miscommunication, I was charged again (11/25) and was told the charge would not be refunded, even though I had already completed the termination form I was instructed to fill out. What’s frustrating is that this wasn’t about trying to avoid paying for services. I actually planned to keep coming in and paying as I go. But for $190, they were willing to lose a repeat customer over a technicality that was never clearly explained. I believe in policies and procedures, but customers should be given transparent instructions and not penalized for missing a step they weren’t told about. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I hope Restore takes a closer look at how they communicate their cancellation process moving forward.

I had an excellent experience at Restore Wellness Center—10/10 from the moment I walked in until the service was complete. The facility may be smaller, but the nurses and front desk team were efficient, professional, and made the process smooth. I tried the hyperbaric chamber for the first time, and it was a unique experience that I would definitely do again. They also offer a variety of healing alternatives such as red light therapy, IV drips, and more. Highly recommend checking out their Short Pump location!
