I had a wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly calming, which really helped ease my nerves. The team prioritizes comfort and maintains excellent communication, explaining every step of the process clearly. Dr. Oveson's skills are exceptional—I was particularly impressed that the numbing process was completely painless. It is rare to find a dentist who combines such high-level technical skill with a gentle touch. Highly recommend! Lifetime patient for Dr Oveson. My husband and son also love her.

This has been the most positive and best experience I have ever had with a dentist!!! I wish I had found them years ago. I was putting off going to the dentist for a long while, due to some past personal experiences. But now I am actually looking forward to coming back to Lilac for all my dental care and needs! Everyone was great! Dr. Samira Oveson is absolutely amazing and so kind! She was very thorough with catching everything, explaining what needed attention and why, and making sure I felt comfortable!

Dr. Oveson and staff are pleasant and professional. They care about patient comfort. This dentist knows what she’s doing and takes the time to do high quality work. I am so happy I found this practice! I had an emergency right before Christmas and they took care of it. They were so busy trying to ensure all patients like me were squared away before the upcoming holidays, like heroes!

I can’t say enough great things about this dental office. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calming, clean, and really sophisticated; it immediately puts you at ease. The entire staff is incredibly sweet, kind, and accommodating. I’ve never had a single issue, and they always make me feel genuinely cared for. Dr. Oveson is truly exceptional. She’s extremely thorough, professional, and so knowledgeable. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and you can tell she really cares about her patients and her work. The equipment is all state-of-the-art, and it shows in the level of care you receive. Overall, this office is just amazing in every way, between the people, the technology, and the atmosphere, you honestly couldn’t ask for a better dental experience. Highly recommend!

It's taken me a while to write this review. There are many positives to Dr. Oveson's practice but some significant negatives that I feel are worth warning others about. I really liked the cleanings she performs herself and the time she spends explaining options. I got one filling done by her and and I felt she was thorough and cared about my experience. As other have said, the office is beautiful and the staff is generally kind. Now the negatives. I often can't respond to notifications and twice I was told my appointment was "almost cancelled" because I didn't confirm. The written treatment plan was not clear to a dental assistant and she started numbing the wrong side of my mouth prior to receiving a filling. I had a tooth pulled and needed an implant. I wanted to get in soon and when I made the appointment I was told I would need to pay the cost of the whole implant plus crown in advance. I didn't feel right doing this. I offered to pay half but that was rejected. I was about to pay the whole amount for the implant (minus the crown) before I was told about a 6% credit card upcharge. I didn't have a check on me and I didn't want to pay $90 in credit card fees. This was two days before the procedure but I was still told this was necessary to keep the appointment. When Dr. Oveson pulled me in to chat, she told me I wouldn't be happy with the implant she could do and recommended bone grafting vs. having her do it. She also told me I "didn't like them very much" which was putting things at a personal level and I felt none of this was personal. I just didn't like the lack of transparency on pricing and lack of written treatment plans. When she pulled the tooth where the implant would go, I got nothing in writing about timing, up front costs, insurance coverage, etc. I'm seeing someone else to do the implant and they didn't see the need for any bone grafting looking at the same scan she saw. A $200 deposit is all they required. Edit: For clarity, I’ve never no-showed nor have I ever cancelled an appointment here.
