Lakeside Dental

First time with Doctor Luke, they were able to take my Medicare insurance. They send notifications about my appointment and online paperwork. Loved that I could show up right at my appointment time and they take me back. Very professional and friendly office. I will be recommending my family and friends to come see Dr. Luke at lakeside dental. Office is cozy and friendly, Addie is quick and gentle when taking X-rays. Receptionist helped set up my appointment with my specialist as I was nervous. Lakeside dental goes above and beyond and ensure the health of my mouth is taken care of!

I love going to Lakeside Dental. I never forget my appointment with the consent reminders and phone calls that help ensure I don’t miss my appointment. Office is very accommodating and friendly. Everything is laid out plain as day with how much you owe. Sometimes insurance don’t pay accordingly but the front office always does their best and explains in detail why something is not paid. Dr. Luke does a phenomenal job and loves his patients.

It's a friendly atmosphere, but sometimes a little sketchy on the policies. They wait the last minute to tell you or remind about their 24 hour policies. They don't tell you that interest can build up if you don't pay the same day, so if you cancel an appointment they're not going to let you know about anything, you'll end up paying more. Also if you had an emergency to cancel they will still expect you to pay the 50 bucks, I would be careful doing business there. They don't communicate and tell you that the flouride costs extra money. Maybe they should pay you 50 bucks if they cancel on you as well because they did cancel my first appointment. It's a good service but they need communicate better on policies and extra costs

Dr. Luke and his staff are Great! They are very friendly and show great interest in helping resolve any dental issues. I've been going here for years and wouldn't think to go anywhere else for dental work.

Not enough nice words to describe this place and the employees. They went above and beyond when I was in pain. They are thorough, professional, and super kind people! Dr. Luke is great! He explains what he is doing as he is doing it, which is comforting. Highly recommend!
