Crown Council is an amazing organization to be a part of. Not only is membership in it reasonably priced, but the way it is organized, run, and structured to help doctors and their teams reach their full potential is unmatched. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on coaching programs that had useful information, but seemed to try to mold me into their vision of what a successful office is and does. Crown Council teaches sound principles and allows each doctor and team to use those resources to create their own "Culture of Success". What a refreshing and exciting way to teach and lift others. Additionally, the networking and mentoring resources and opportunities within it I have yet to find anywhere else. I wish I would have become a Crown Council member years ago when I first heard about it! I'm grateful I had a second chance to encounter and become associated with the Crown Council! My experience last week at the Crown Council’s Annual Event in Dallas once again reminded me of why I love this community so much and what a huge difference it has made in my career satisfaction.

Crown Council is a team of people dedicated to elevate dental teams both personally and professionally. The quality of the content is unmatched. The caliber of resources and partnerships is of the highest level. If you are looking for a partner to help your team soar, than this is the best investment you can make! My doctor shared this with our team beginning in 2019. I am so grateful. I simply cannot explain the positive impact it has had on me personally.

Becoming a member of the Crown Council has not just been a game changer in my practice, Crown Council has been a LIFE CHANGER! I had no idea that there was a group like this out there. You have a constant network of amazing dentist from all over with constant support on every issue/question/problem/idea you may encounter. The culture in my practice has actually become my dream culture because all of my staff and I are on the same page. The Skill of the Week videos have been amazing and my team loves them too! Work is now one of my favorite places to be because my team is so excited and positive and happy to be here every day! The slightest changes can have the biggest impacts. I'm happier than I have ever been and I can actually see my dream...my vision..my purpose coming to life! I highly recommend every dentist become a member of Crown Council. I would recommend every single dentist in this country to be part of the Crown Council. These people are amazing people to be with. They have an amazing way to treat you just right. The way you would like to be treated. They also make a pretty strong impact in your life. They sure changed my life when I went to Vegas last year for their annual conference. We had such a great time that we ended up inviting our team to come with us next year in Nashville. I am super excited for all of those who are planning on going.
