I’ve been doing treatments with LaserAway for half a year now and they are fantastic. I always have a great experience when I come to my appointments here: the front desk staff is super nice, welcoming and knowledgeable, the nurses are very professional and they always walk you through the steps of the treatment procedure. Shout out to Mar who is amazing, she does my laser treatment so gently and makes me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Melissa is an artist , she is the lip filler queen. Just trust her your lips and she will give you the most natural and perfect look. Overall, choosing LaserAway has been one of my best decisions ever. If you’re thinking, just do it! You will be in great hands and well taken care of from the moment you walk in. Also, they always have great deals to take advantage of. Excited to continue my hair removal journey with them!

I went to Laser Away for laser hair removal. I like the staff—professionally trained and friendly—but I am devastated by the lack of results. On my last visit, which I later learned was actually one visit short of the final session, I pointed out that I still had a lot of hair. Their response was to pressure me into buying more visits or “touch-ups.” I decided to wait a few months to assess the actual results, and to my shock, most of the hair grew back. A few spots the size of a coin remained, but that’s it. I’ve had laser hair removal before with a different company, 13 years ago, and I knew what to expect. I naively believed Laser Away would deliver on their promise. I spoke with the store manager and a nurse about my dilemma and the lack of results, but it’s a huge headache not only because I still have poor results, but because I’m locked into a contract due in a year. I still owe more than $2,000 for a service that did not deliver the promised results. If I don’t pay on time, the amount could balloon due to interest and fees, adding almost $3,000 to my debt. To make matters worse, the store manager offered no real solutions besides paying for more treatments at a discount or getting the missed treatment for free. I asked to speak with someone with real authority, and I was told there was nobody I could call and that I should wait for a return call. I am still waiting.

I just had the most amazing experience at LaserAway. From the moment I stepped inside, all staff members were so welcoming and informative. My esthetician was so friendly and took the time to really understand my skin, what it needed, and what I was looking to achieve. I feel like I can trust their team for future cosmetic treatments. If you’re looking for a great experience and wonderful results, I highly recommend!
