Dr. McClean was amazing. I came in for a consultation for laser tattoo removal and she is so open, transparent and has a calm demeanor. I did not think I would decide so quickly to do the procedure but knew within a min of conversation that I trusted her and went ahead with the procedure. So happy with the results after just one treatment. She even saw a spot she didn’t get as strongly as she wanted on the first pass so went back and touched up! That is huge in my opinion and shows how thorough she is which is hugely appreciated. It shows she’s dedicated to giving the correct results and not just about getting more money out of a client—shows she has integrity. Thank you Dr. McClean! I’ll definitely be back for any additional treatments or more procedures.

The entire process, start to finish, was top notch. I cannot even begin to express my appreciation to assistant Abigail and Dr. Taylor. I flew in from Texas to be treated by this team, as there are very few doctors willing to laser my large volume of keratosis in one sitting. Abigail was incredible at making me as comfortable as possible; she stayed by my side for hours! And Dr. Taylor did a fantastic job with the laser! I’m almost 2 weeks post treatment, and my spots look amazing! Thank you so much for giving me my confidence back! The only negative comment I have is the lack of communication via email. If you need the front office, definitely call instead!

Paid $2500 for laser hair removal. It was for the pubic area and they said I just needed a few sessions. 10 sessions in and I was not happy with the results. It was in 2023 and I quit. Today I accidentally came across another disappointed customer where the doctor there had suggested her to have a consultation with him. Remembered the rip-off I went through, called the front desk receptionist, told her about my concern and decided to make an appointment for a consultation. She said I had to give her my bank card info in order to pay $150 and in case of no show, I would be charged for $300. Not only they have fooled me and ripped me off, but also they have the nerves to ask for more. Very rude!
