This was my revision surgery (my first was in 2010), replacing 575cc (overfilled to 610cc) saline implants with 565cc silicone implants and adding a breast lift to restore my shape after two children. Dr. Schmelzer's expertise was immediately apparent: he took the time to explain that despite the similar cc fill numbers, the final size and projection would differ significantly due to the implant profile and the physical difference between saline and silicone. While recovery from the lift is naturally a bit longer, the aftercare has been phenomenal.
