I had an amazing experience with Tara, I went in today for my first weight loss consult, she explained everything so well I felt super safe, I am very excited!

Am from Canada and traveled to have my breast augmentation with Dr. Webb, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and well cared for. The receptionist and staff were incredibly kind, warm, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Webb was amazing,very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered in detail. The care I received before and after surgery was truly exceptional. The team was attentive, supportive, and professional, and I always felt safe and well looked after. I'm disappointed to share that my journey with this clinic was defined by several instances of lackluster coordination and a general disregard for my time as a patient. The final straw for me was how my 1-year follow-up was handled. The clinic was aware that I was traveling internationally for this appointment, only for me to receive a call 4 minutes before closing on the Friday before letting me know Dr. Saltz wouldn’t be there and that a nurse would see me instead. At a major milestone like a 1-year post-op, I expected to see my surgeon—especially after the time, effort, and expense I invested. The lack of notice and consideration was incredibly unprofessional.

I went to them for a consult. 6 yrs later I’m still being harassed weekly with emails and texts. I’ve reported them as junk so many times. Hoping a google review will stop them for harassing me. Do not share your info they will bombard you via email and text. Even if you unsubscribe, it gets worst :(

You can trust Katrina do a great job but it is her carefully planned out thoughtfulness that makes her a gem; she outshines all the other stones that offer the same service.
