BlueLily Medical Spa

I recently started the weight loss shots at Blue Lily Medical Spa and have had a wonderful experience so far. The staff is friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The membership benefits are excellent, and I’m excited to take full advantage of them. Highly recommend Blue Lily for anyone looking for great care and lasting results!

First and foremost, the spa was extremely clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Once I was taken to the treatment room, photos were taken and numbing cream was applied, which helped ensure I felt comfortable and well cared for during the initial part of my visit. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor significantly impacted my overall impression. I originally came in specifically to have warts on my hand evaluated and treated, which he addressed adequately. However, after that, the appointment shifted in an unexpected and uncomfortable direction. He began pointing out perceived “flaws” in my face and strongly encouraged additional cosmetic treatments that I had not asked about. He was very pushy about administering an injection—describing it as a “service” and stating it would be free—without clearly explaining what it was. The injection was quite painful, and I felt pressured rather than properly informed. He frequently talked over me, was excessively talkative, and the interaction felt more sales-driven than patient-centered. Additionally, comments about cosmetic laser treatments being “only” a thousand dollars and suggesting that my parents would pay for them were inappropriate and uncomfortable. Regardless of who is paying, that is a significant expense, and financial assumptions should never be made about a patient. As a student, I came in solely for a medical concern involving my hands, not for cosmetic consultations or sales pitches for lasers, chemical peels, or microneedling. I would have appreciated if the visit had remained focused on the reason for my appointment. Overall, while the facility and staff were excellent, the doctor’s approach felt dismissive of my boundaries and overly focused on upselling rather than patient care.

The spa itself is clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were kind and welcoming, which made for a pleasant first impression. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The staff seemed somewhat disorganized, and Dr. Tran, who performed my treatments, was over 30 minutes late to multiple scheduled appointments, which felt disrespectful of my time. I also found Dr. Tran to be quite sales-oriented, focusing more on upselling services than on my comfort or results. While the results of my treatments were acceptable, they weren’t particularly impressive. For the price and the experience, I didn’t find anything that made this spa stand out from others. Additionally, I was surprised by what felt like hidden fees. Only at checkout was I informed of an added credit card charge. For a high-end spa, I would expect them to absorb such a basic cost rather than passing it on to clients. Overall, this spa has potential but needs improvement in professionalism, transparency, and respect for clients’ time.

Bluelily med. spa is super easy to find, with plenty of spacious parking — a great start! The vibe inside is calm, peaceful, and relaxing. Dr. Tran and his staff are incredibly kind and genuine; they really take the time to listen and give honest, thoughtful answers to any questions or concerns. I actually came here on the recommendation of my aunt, who’s been a long-time patient of Dr. Tran. I decided to try their weight loss injections, and so far, I’ve seen great results. They also gave me tons of helpful advice and tips on living a healthier lifestyle, including diet and exercise. While I was there, I noticed they offer a variety of other services — IV therapy, chemical peels, Botox, and more. I ended up scheduling a microneedling appointment with one of their master esthetician, Chau. She gave me a thorough consultation beforehand, and I really felt cared for. I’m super excited for my appointment!

I am a new client, and so far I am very impressed with the services offered, and how pleasant the staff is. Chau has been doing my laser hair removal and so far I am very happy. I will be coming back for injections and more laser removal, and I am so looking forward to it! I will also be looking into future laser treatments for acne control as well. I’ve been to a few med spas in the past, and I’m so happy to have found BlueLily!
