Epiphany Dermatology (formerly West Valley Dermatology)

I saw Natalie and she is amazing so kind and absolutely wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and my procedure was great.. The team there is fabulous. I look forward to seeing them again. The only thing I will say is I was 9 min late I did get a little lost it was my very first visit to the office. And the front office girl was a bit snotty to me. Said they have a 10 min grace period and had to ask if they would even be willing to see me. She asked and then said to me that I was "lucky they were seeing me" and it would be a fairly long wait. I was ok with it I was a little late. But that was no reason to be snobby snooty about it. My wait was only 2 mins. I was not rude to her. Other than that I really enjoyed my visit. And would recommend this office.

I want to express my deep frustration with this clinic’s appointment process. I scheduled a visit for a specific procedure, but despite initial assurances, the staff did not confirm whether they even provide that service. They took my appointment, processed my insurance, and made me feel secure—only to refer me elsewhere after an 8-minute appointment. Worse, I was charged over $200 and received an unnecessary prescription completely unrelated to my request. After multiple calls to both billing and the office, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of care. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking here, as their focus seems to be solely on monetary gain, not patient care.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Jensen for years. He is great as is his staff. He is very thorough. They always greet you with smiles and explain any of the paperwork you need to fill out or sign. We will be going every year for years to come. 😁

Jesse Jenson is an amazing dermatologist. He shows a LOT of care for elderly patients. My mom has been going to him for many years, she is 93 now. And he is great with her and makes sure I know the instructions for wound care ( I'm her caretaker) . All I can say is if anyone is looking for a fantastic dermatologist "check out

I Love Dr. Reinhold and all of the staff at epiphany! Sometimes it feels like Drs don’t really listen or Brush off questions & concerns but Natalie really listens and provides multiple options on treatment! I recommend her to everyone that may be experiencing any skin issues. She’s the best!!
