I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always so so kind & sympathetic towards my concerns. Shout out to the MA Katelyn, super professional but relaxed at the same time. Anthony Johnson is the kindest and calmest PA I have ever had. He always validates my feelings, explains and educates me about what I need. I have never felt like I was being rushed out & he actually cares about his patients. He is also respectful and kind to his staff which is super important to me & just tells you about his character. I recommend anyone to come to this clinic with any derm needs. Super thankful for them!

This was my first time ever visiting a dermatologist, and unfortunately my experience at Dr. Bahr’s office was disappointing. The staff were kind; however, they lacked clear communication and patient education. I had to ask basic questions to understand what was happening, rather than having procedures explained to me. In my past experiences with other doctors—especially during first-time visits—providers have been much more educational and proactive. I was asked about a mole I had scratched and explained that it was a scratch. Despite this, a sample was taken to “be sure,” and the results came back negative. This turned the visit into a much more costly appointment than expected, without that possibility being clearly explained beforehand. The front office was also unhelpful with guidance, including instructions for the patient app, which I only figured out later through an email. Billing has been an ongoing issue as well, with past-due notices continuing despite payments being made. I am hopeful that being seen directly by Dr. Bahr would result in a better experience; however, I have not had the opportunity to speak with or be treated by him. Overall, the office would benefit from improved communication, professionalism, and patient education.

Shanna is amazing! I previously had issues finding care for a complex issue, but Shanna was able to help me out right away. She also helped me to understand the issue better and collaborated with me to explore my symptoms. It has been such a relief! I can't recommend enough!

Dr. Bahr is amazing! He makes you feel comfortable and really takes the time to listen and care. You never feel rushed or overlooked. Terry at the front desk is just as wonderful—always friendly, organized, and helpful. They make a great team and create a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Dr Bahr and his entire staff are fantastic! I never have to wait & they are really friendly. I highly recommend them! In fact, I travel from Magna because it’s 100% worth the drive.
