I absolutely LOVE Sole Reflexology! I didn’t know what to expect the first time but Sara made sure to walk me through the whole process and answer my questions before taking me back. The atmosphere is inviting. The experience itself is relaxing and overall amazing! I now go once a month and get the 90 minute reflexology joint and back pain treatment and I have honestly already noticed such a difference. I specifically request Sara because this girl knows what she is doing! It’s been such a pleasant experience and I can’t wait until my next appointment. 2026 is definitely my year for self care and this place checks all of the boxes!

You feel truly cared for and the experience is unique and top notch. You will leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed!

That was not a “foot massage”, that was a SOUL massage! What an incredible experience. The aesthetics, the quiet rooms, the soft music, all of it was clearly designed to calm the senses. BUT THE TREATMENT? Heavenly. Absolutely heavenly! I will definitely be making this a regular occurrence!
