Utah Body and Soul is truly exceptional. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Long gives every patient individualized care and her full attention. She’s knowledgeable, hands-on, and genuinely helps you believe in your healing. The staff is kind, professional, and personable. After more than a dozen concussions, hyperbaric treatments here have been life-changing and given me hope I didn’t know was possible.

I've been wanting to try far infrared sauna for a while now after reading a lot about the health and detox benefits, and decided to try it for the first time at Utah Body and Soul as it's close to where I live in Sandy. Not only did I love the sauna, but I loved everything about this place! Everything is brand new, modern, state of the art, SUPER clean and all the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment (which I booked online) and the girl at the front desk had already started the sauna heating up for me before I arrived! I was also able to fill out and sign all the consent forms and paperwork online so all I had to do when I showed up was enjoy my time. I did a 40 minute session ($40 - which I felt was worth it) and really enjoyed it! I will definitely be back here and will probably buy one of the packages they offer. I would absolutely try their other services too! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for cutting edge spa services in the Holladay area. Hope this helps!

I’ve had consistent excellent experience receiving HBOT therapy at Utah Body & Soul. Dr. Long, Nicole, & their staff are so knowledgeable, kind, & helpful. Medical grade (truly effective) HBOT therapy is difficult to find, & their clinic has the best equipment. The experience is relaxing & the results speak for themselves. I’ve used HBOT for healing from an infection & recovery after surgery, to dramatic positive effect. Recently for unrelated reasons I had my kidneys tested before 4 sessions, & after. I dropped an entire stage of kidney disease classification with no other changes in the interim two weeks.

She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment.
