These people only care about getting your money! Half of my appointment was a meeting with an insensitive salesperson. I went in for an abscess. Thats all. I didnt ask the doctor about any of my other teeth. He said he would prescribe me antibiotics, painkillers,and mouthwash for my infection. Then he went on to tell me that all of my teeth need to be pulled because my mouth is basically hopeless and nothing can be repaired. The rest of the appointment turned into them trying to sell me incredibly expensive ($40 000) replacement teeth. Im poor and even the cheapest option is very far out of my reach. Its pretty devastating to hear that all of your teeth must be removed and there is no way to afford replacements. They offer practically no financial assistance. Even though I was clearly upset, the sales woman had me run my name thru a couple of websites to see what amounts I could get approved for. When I was only approved for the meager amount of $1200, the woman tried to get me to use on it a random tooth! After the doctor just told me there was no point! She didnt take no for answer the first time. She asked me if I was sure. The timing of trying to upsell additional services was completely inappropriate and insensitive. Then, the woman proceeded to walk me all the way to the exit without taking any of pharmacy info, proving that taking care of my abscess was never their main concern. I had to come back inside to inquire about my prescriptions. She promised to send them to my pharmacy. The next morning, when I looked at my Walgreens app, I discovered they never even send the prescriptions in!!! I have never had such a terrible customer service experience in all my life. The lack of empathy and regard for my feelings was absolutely appalling and unacceptable. I had to call the next day to ask AGAIN about my meds. Somehow they managed to send the prescriptions after I heartily complained, but not for everything the doctor said he'd give me- just the painkillers and the antibiotics. Somehow I lost the mouthwash along the way. Just another example of their unprofessionalism and lack of regard for their patients. Do not go here. They do not care about their patients To clarify, I came in for treatment of a dental abscess and did not request a consultation about full-mouth reconstruction. My concern was that most of the appointment focused on discussing very expensive reconstruction options rather than addressing the infection I came in for. I was also told I would be prescribed antibiotics, pain medication, and mouthwash, but no one asked for my pharmacy information before I was ushered out, and the prescriptions were not sent in as promised. I had to call the next day to follow up before the medications were finally sent. I understand that private dental practices can be expensive. My concern was never simply the cost, but how the appointment was handled and the lack of concern for the reason I came in- treatment for my infection. The tone of this response to my review felt dismissive and condescending, which I find rather shocking from a healthcare provider responding to a patient concern.

I just started cleaning the windows at this dentist office. Courtney is the office manager and she was so nice. Her energy was contagious and she was super fun to chat with. If you need your teeth done in Tucson and you live near Pantano and Speedway I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic Dentist and staff. Quick service, had me in and out in no time! The dentist is one of the kindest person I have ever had as a dentist. He explains everything he is doing in great detail. He is gentle and will not rip your lips off! Highly recommend this place if you want the best service in Tucson.

Tiffany my hygienist is great. Never had pain during a cleaning. She also lets you know what will help to keep your teeth and Gums healthy. Nothing to fear about going to his office. The staff is friendly and helpful.
