E Dental Solutions Tucson

Got my teeth cleaned there and when they sent my insurance the claim for visit they gave them the wrong insurance number. The insurance company notified them that the number did not match and E Dental Solutions chose not to respond. Instead they waited til the limit for the claim expired and sent me bill. The bill came 10 months after my visit. I called my insurance carrier and they said they would allow them to resend. Once again E Dental solutions did not do it to correctly and once again sent me a bill after being very rude to me. I called my insurance carrier a 2nd time and they said they would allow the claim be submitted again but once again it was not done correctly or in a timely manner. Then they sent me a letter claiming that I should pay them and my insurance company would reimburse me which was completely false. My insurance covers 100% of the cost for cleaning but since E Dental Solutions didn’t process the claim properly or timely they are now threatening to send it to collections. This place is a scam. Unable to process claims properly and even tried to trick me into paying a bill that should have been covered if they did their job properly. I’d give it negative stars if I could. Beware of this business.

Best Dental Experience EVER!!! Dr. Elahe Wissinger took such good care of me and has such integrity. The entire staff, especially Nikki went above and beyond to help me get a dental emergency taken care of right away. Nikki, my hygienist, was so thorough and calming even though I had a lot of anxiety. She was gentle too. I know where I will be going from now on, as I truly trust Dr. Wissinger’s team. Even Yvette, at the desk, was super helpful friendly and kind! Cannot say enough good things about the women running this establishment.

It's expensive but worth every penny. Having been patient of Mc Master who was superb, l was skeptical first. Never mind E Dental is the place if taking care for healthy and beautiful teeth is what you want. Elahe is a great doctor and a lovely person and so is her staff. No wonder the place ranks FIRST among Tucson dentists unchallenged since many years. 😁😀

My integrative dr recommended E Dental Solutions and I'm so happy she did. They have gone far beyond what typical dentists do, and discovered I had issues that were being completely ignored by my then dentist. I'm beyond thrilled to have these issues and more corrected. So happy to have a dentist I can now trust!!!!

Every single staff member, including Dr. Missinger, is kind, considerate, personable, professional, efficient, thorough, genuine and fun. This is an unusually dynamic force of competent woman, full of energy and good will. I am grateful that I was guided to them. They are each fully committed to their work and the best possible patient care. I have never seen this level of cohesion in any medical setting or any other industry, for that matter. The initial exam was extensive. They took 18 exrays, approximately eight photographs and a full mouth scan. The dental assistant is a subject matter expert and worked very efficiently. The doctor examined each tooth, while her assistant recorded her findings. We talked and laughed through the entire exam. They were not rushed and responded, with expertise to my every question. Dr. Wissinger ordered a cleaning for my teeth with a plan to finish the exam once complete. The next visit with the hygienist was equally impressive. Lindsey was professional, thorough, and very supportive. She too, didn't mind all of my questions and gave me tips for my personal oral health care routine. The office staff made me feel instantly welcome. Check out and appointment scheduling was of the same standard as every other department. The extremely thorough approach to every single area is like nothing I've ever seen. They have all of the latest equipment and technology. I found a home for all of my dental care needs. E Dental staff and service is outstanding!!!
