I had an amazing experience at Pima Family Dentistry after getting my braces off and having my teeth bonded. The entire visit was smooth and comfortable, and the results turned out even better than I expected. I especially want to shout out my dental assistant Jenny, she did an incredible job! She was so kind, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. She explained everything clearly. I’m so grateful for the great care I received and would 100% recommend Pima Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a great dental team.

I had such a great experience at this dental office, which says a lot because I’m genuinely scared of dentists. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind and patient, but I especially want to highlight the dental assistant, Jenny. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease, explaining things clearly and checking in on me throughout the visit. Her calm, reassuring presence made a huge difference and turned what is usually a very stressful experience for me into a positive one. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend this office to anyone, especially those who feel anxious about dental visits!

While traveling through the Tucson area, I developed a bad toothache. I called Prima Family Dentistry, they were able to give me a next day appointment. Dr. Terry Hagen diagnosed my problem, came up with a solution and was able to provide excellent treatment that day. During the procedure (root canal) he was assisted by dental assistant Mary. I truly felt that I was in good hands with that team. I’m so grateful to have received such quality care on short notice.

I have been going to Pima Family Dentistry for 5 years. I am more than completely satisfied with Dr. Nuygen, Dr. Hagen and dear Jenny! Jenny is proficient, just like a great dentist is! Crystal at the front desk is so kind and efficient. The entire staff are kind and I will continue on with my dental care forever with them!

Dr. Nguyen is by far the best dentist we have ever had. I am 63 and have seen many dentists throughout my life across Indiana, Illinois, and Arizona, and none compare to him. My daughter has a traumatic brain injury, and Dr. Nguyen has consistently shown patience, sensitivity, and true compassion in every interaction. His gentle approach and conscientious care are only surpassed by his excellence as a dental professional. There have even been occasions when he prepared for a more complex and costly procedure, but upon further examination determined it was not necessary and I deeply respect that he never takes advantage of a situation. His honesty and integrity are rare, and his commitment to doing what is best for the patient is unwavering. We are profoundly grateful to have Dr. Nguyen as our dentist. He has earned our trust for life.
