Dentists of Tucson

I have been going to Dentists of Tucson for over 4 years now and I love it! I recommend them to anyone looking for a better dental experience. My hygienist Laurie is the best! She is gentle and has a very pleasant demeanor. I always look forward to my visits with her to get my teeth cleaned. The office staff are all very friendly and competent. Highly satisfied customer :)

**TAKE CAUTION FOR DECEPTIVE PRICING AND UNCLEAR COMMUNICATION** **UPDATE** THE RESPONSE TO A NEGATIVE REVIEW IS JUST AS COLD, IMPERSONAL, AND UNHELPFUL AS THE OFFICE ITSELF. FURTHER EVIDENCE THAT THEY ARE NOT TRULY CONSIDERATE OF PROVIDING A GOOD PATIENT EXPERIENCE I have been a patient for some time, going every six months for normal cleanings with my insurance. This last visit in January resulted in an unexpected and disappointing result. At the end of the exam, the representative informed me that my insurance sucked and that it wasn't covering the cleaning. She then recoded some things to make it less expensive for my out of pocket costs. I have never paid out of pocket for a cleaning visit prior but paid since the service was provided. I called my insurance company to get more answers and they advised that they do cover my work so I asked the dental office to re-bill the insurance company. More than a month later, I call for a followup and they say that insurance approved and paid my claim. When I asked about a refund though, they advised that I was not getting one because of the services coded that did result in responsibility to pay on my part. After explaining the situation to no less than 2 front desk reps, I was informed that the office manager, Rachel, would be calling me on 2/23 to discuss. Fast forward to 2/25 when I had to call because I heard nothing from Rachel. I explain the situation again and she proceeds to tell me that no refund will be given based on what they coded, regardless of my explanation. This is truly a disappointing result to a relationship that had otherwise gone quite smoothly. Since Dentists of Tucson does not want to make this right, the taste for Dentists of Tucson as a reputable and reliable option has soured and I would hesitant and caution anyone heavily to use their services in the future.

Scheduling my appointment was easy thanks to Rossy. She was friendly and very helpful over the phone. When I arrived, she greeted me right away and made me feel welcomed. I really appreciated that she speaks Spanish, which made the experience more comfortable and personal. The check in process was quick and smooth, and the whole office felt well organized. Great experience overall and I highly recommend this office, especially Rossy.

I've been going to Dentists of Tucson for YEARS. Absolutely love the level of care that I get from the lovely people here. My hygienist, Lanette, answers ALL my dental questions and I never feel like I'm asking too much. Oh and they always have the best music playing. 10/10 would dentist here again.

I am very satisfied with care and attention I receive from Dentist of Tucson. The location is clean and big, now they have added additional space, well equipped and provides every service possible in one place. My hygienist is Kathy and she is great! Very personable and thorough in her work!
