I am really disappointed in today’s interaction at the Wilmot location. I have had my appointments cancelled and rescheduled on the same day before. I have also had my technician switched without any notification on several appointments. Never once have I made a complaint. Unfortunately, I arrived late to my appointment today by 7 minutes. It was not intentional and I have never been late more than a minute or two previously. I was informed that they would no longer see me as I was outside of the grace window. Not once have I been informed that they had a strict 5 minute grace window. The grace window is also not mentioned in any of their communications, nor was I able to locate it on their website. Most offices have a 15 minute grace timeframe. Now I am unable to be seen for a month with my technician. I switched back to my first technician because the third technician I saw went over the area so quickly that I am seeing my hair regrow instead of reduce after two sessions with her. I will finish my session package with them, but I cannot justify continuing to spend that kind of money there with how they conduct business.

I’ve been coming here for Tox since 2022. I Love this place. It’s a fast and straightforward process to book and come in for an appointment and takes minimal time out of my day. The staff are always friendly, the place is always pristine clean and I’ve never once had a bad experience at Peach or any adverse reaction to their injectables.
