From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. My technician, Adrianna, has made me really comfortable, she's knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the laser procedure which really has put me at ease. Even when the unexpected happened she was able to respond quickly and kept me safe. She's given me the assistance and reassurance I need. The facility looks clean and modern. I'm satisfied with the service and very happy with my provider.

I arrived and was greeted by the front receptionist, who was very polite and professional. She got me checked in and only waited maybe 5 minutes brute getting taken back for my appointment. The nurse was very reassuring and made sure I was comfortable. She also took her time to make sure any questions I asked were answered and I understood what was going on. All in all everything to roughly an hour and overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

I can’t say enough great things about Ideal Image. This was my first time doing anything like this, and they made the entire experience so comfortable and easy. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and adaptive to your needs, which really helped ease any nerves I had. I’m beyond happy with my results and truly feel taken care of.
