I have had an amazing experience here getting my laser done on my body! The pricing is very much so worth it for full body laser and I am seeing very good results. The staff are all friendly and accommodating and the center is very organized. I have recommended all of my friends to get their laser done here and other treatments that I have yet to try!

My experience with El Con Health & Wellness and Mena is always Great! The staff is very professional and courteous and Mena has done wonders for my skin! She's very knowledgeable and has given me excellent and honest advice everytime! She definitely knows her stuff and such a nice person! I'm happy with the results and will always go to her for my skin problems!

Every week that passes I am more satisfied with the results from the services I received at El Con. I was told the treatments take time for maximum effect… so true! I look 15 years younger! I noticed the improvement right after, but it gets better with time. Please, if you are considering any treatments, choose this practice. Rude and incompetent staff. I went to see Dr. Alicia Miller, a naturapath doctor for autoimmune conditions. First only one of two prescriptions were called in. When I spoke with Tina, the medical assistant, she yelled at me, saying both were called in. I called the pharmacy back to confirm only one of two were called in. Then, one prescription could not be filled as written. The other prescription, is supposed to be titrated up every few weeks, according to the compounding pharmacy, LDN Research Trust, and other medical professionals that prescribe it. They refused to follow the recommend titration schedule. I didnt even want to call back since they are so rude each time I had to call. I emailed. No response to my emails. When I called and gave my name, Sharon replied, in a rude tone, "I know who you are!" When I asked the front desk staff what insurance they accepted, I was told all United Healthcare plans were accepted. When I contacted UHC, the said Dr. Miller is out of network. They lied. Lastly, I received a lab order for an H. Pylori culture that requires a tissue sample from an endoscopy. I obviously cant provide that. When I contacted El Con Health and Wellness, I spoke with the same rude woman, named Sharon,who mocked me saying that they aren't going to reach into your stomach for a sample! Its a breath test!!! Seriously?! When she looked at the order, she confirmed that I was right, it was the wrong test that was ordered. The staff are rude and ignorant people that have absolutely zero customer skills. Save your money and go somewhere else. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. Dr. Miller was kind, but I can not continue treatment with her, due to her rude and incompetent staff. I had side effects that I would have liked to discuss with the doctor, but I dont want to call and get yelled at again.
