I called today to get information and the lady was very rude and had a weird superior attitude and then when she asked me if I am looking for information on the academy she hung up! Very unprofessional professional

I've been going to laser academy for over half a year now and I'm so happy I've found this place! I've tried laser hair removal before at other places and for one reason or another I couldn't/wouldn't come back to complete the sessions. They are really affordable and they have amazing staff! Alex has amazing bedside manners, I never feel self conscious with her, and she's a really proficient instructor whenever there is a student there. Also I know this is subjective but I do want to say that they use the a machine that has been the least painful of any other ones I've experienced. I highly recommend

1st off the receptionist is amazing. More about that in a minute. Alex did a great job over seeing! She was knowledgeable and so kind! Marina did a great job as well! She made sure I was so comfortable and followed instruction. I feel happy with the results! They were both paying attention to detail. The spa is beautiful, well kept. And the front desk receptionist is the best I have ever come across! She went out of her way for me and the other clients to accommodate to our schedules. She cares about the person she is talking to on the phone and in person! Everything was great!

From the welcome as I walked in to the Have a great day, I had an excellent experience. All the ladies I encountered were friendly, helpful, kind.. best experience getting Botox in a long time. The procedure was practically painless and the young lady that did the procedure was gentle and patient. Also the facilities was very clean. 10/10 would recommend :)

Alexandra is by far the best clinician I’ve ever seen!!! She explains everything you need to know. All treatments I’ve had have been so pleasurable. Alexandra is such a sweet, well informed lady. I fee completely comfortable with her every time!
