Turn Downtown

Crystal and Leslie were AMAZING! I scheduled a facial for my daughter and I to celebrate her birthday and we could not be more pleased. They served us mimosas while we relaxed before our treatments and the facials and massage were great. They offer so many spa options and I will definitely be back for more!

If I could give Turn Downtown 10 stars I would. I am new to Tucson and desperately needed to get my. brows done. I am always nervous about trying someone new but my previous eyebrow expert lives in Austin. I found Turn Downtown through a Google search and chose it because it's female owned and local. MY EXPERIENCE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. It was like walking through the gates of heaven. Crystal greeted me at the door, gave me a full tour of the place, and made me feel so comfortable. She had me select different scents from the relaxation room while she set up the eyebrow station. We talked and chatted like we had known one another for years. I almost felt like I'd had a facial because the whole experience was so relaxing and luxurious! Crystal not only gave me some incredible looking brows, she also told me about a number of spots for local activities since I'm new to the area. I have found my eyebrow queen in Tucson and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Turn Downtown.

Crystal was amazing! Great signature facial, so relaxing! What a treat to "cash in" my gift certificate. Just what I needed. Love the serene atmosphere. Great way to end my day!

My sister and I had a great experience at Turn. They have a nice waiting/lounge room and offer mimosas and snacks with your service! Very welcoming and non judgemental atmosphere. Leslie did my facial and gave me great skincare advice ❤

It was very cozy and nice I had Diana and it was amazing would 100% recommend she did amazing with my hair and made me feel welcome I would love to go back
