I had one appointment and initially signed up for four additional appointments there was a miscommunication on my appointment. When I let them know I would not be returning I asked what options I had to cancel the payment plan as I already paid for the service I received and felt it would be unfair for me to pay over $1000 for services I would not be receiving. I was told there are no refunds, mind you this is not a refund I was asking for as I did not receive any additional services. I was told “it is what it is” and will still need to pay them over $1000 for literally nothing.

Wonderful experience with Lorenne. She is so kind, knowledgeable, patient, and fun. She has state of the art equipment and knows how to use it. Before you have plastic surgery, come here first! Highly recommend!!

Very professional , welcoming, I was relaxed and at peace and when I was done I felt like I had a full work out but with no pain and full of energy. I will keep this going to get my results.

I been to this spa twice, within a year apart- I love it both times. She very caring and educates on what you truly need, not in trying to sell you every product they have. She takes her time with you and gets to you know. I will definitely continue going as I really do see results and enjoy chatting with her. I highly recommend this place.
