Alex is super knowledgeable, sweet, kind, and you can just overall tell she loves her job! She can answer any question about skin you could throw at her. She makes the experience super customizable even down to the color of lights and type of music played in the room. She has a reward system, will help make suggestions on products for your skin and can order them for you if needed. I was in town visiting a friend and she got us in same day she was contacted. Will 100% be going back while in town. We both got the Lux facial for 75 minutes and $125. She takes her time and does not make you feel rushed and ensures you actually relax and enjoy your self care. Loved her with just our first visit! Loved my whole experience, I got an express facial and brow wax and it was amazing. Alex was so gentle and took her time to explain every step as well as help me with my skin care routine. I’ll definitely be back!!

Alex is so knowledgeable - she even gave me advice on my dry hands! The room is comfortable, accommodating and relaxing - was perfect after a long workday. Every move Alex makes is with intention, she uses the most smooth transitions I have ever felt. Can't wait for my next visit.

From the moment you walk in, you’ll see and feel how much TLC Alex puts into her craft - from the beautiful calming decor to all of the pillows to keep you comfortable throughout the treatment. It was my first time getting a lash lift here, and my lashes are straight and quite stubborn, so much so that other lash artists struggled to get them to lift and curl. Alex was so patient, readily offered several options to ensure I was happy, and took the time to ensure I walked out of her place with beautiful lashes (spoiler alert: I did). 4 weeks later and my lashes are still curled!

I had a great dermaplane facial with LX. She was professional and very informative about everything she was doing. I really felt like she took the time to tend to every detail. She has thought of everything to make your time special. I loved the cold globes and basically everything lol! I will definitely be returning!
