Sophia and Dr. Skinner are everything you hope you get when you seek out medical treatment. They are both kind, caring, and respectful. From the moment I walked in the door, the wonderful receptionist was so kind and attentive getting me checked in. I was taken back quickly and Sophia was attentive to my needs and I could feel she really cared. She clearly communicated with Dr. Skinner about my issues and he came in and developed a comprehensive treatment plan and took the time to explain everything. I felt so much relief after being in their care. Thank you both so much for being everything that’s right about healthcare. I ended up receiving two IM injections and Sophia was so good I didn’t even feel it. God put you both in my path today and I pray for God’s blessings for both of you.

I also will give them 5 stars ! Seen at the Oracle Road location. Seen in a short amount of time. ENTIRE staff professional and courteous. Later I had to get a copy of the records from my visit and thats when I realized just how good this place and the provider were: they gave me a copy on the spot with no charge. Later when I got home I read what the provider wrote- they listened to EVERY word I said and addressed EVERY concern I reported!!!!! This was reflected in the providers description of my vist!!!!! This almost NEVER happens.. A+++ 5 STAR service.

As someone who values efficiency and professionalism, I'll say this Immediate Care location on River is exceptional. The environment is always welcoming, clean and the staff consistently delivers a friendly, lovely experience. I initially became a client for their migraine infusion therapy, which has been a life saver. Since then, they have become our reliable family medical resource for everything from seasonal flu to urgent illnesses. The capacity to fill prescriptions on-site is a notable factor that makes the entire process so convenient. What elevates this location to five stars is their commitment to customer service excellence. I had a complex administrative issue concerning an unsubmitted insurance claim. While the central 1-800 line was backed up, the front at the River location was immediately responsive, pleasant, and highly effective. They resolved the matter completely, confirming their dedication to supporting patients beyond clinical treatment. Best of all worlds! This team truly understands the complete patient experience and executes it flawlessly. Highly recommended!!!

The great experience starts as soon as you walk in. The waiting room is a serene, calming space. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Once you are brought back you are introduced into the room which is also a place of serenity, perfect to ease any patients anxiety. There is virtually little wait every time I have been there. I believe the most important skill a physician must have is listening. Dr. Skinner listens and understands patient needs. Next an explanation along with options are presented with the appropriate risks and benefits allowing the patient to make an informed decision. Discharge is quick and painless finishing the visit without any unnecessary delays.

Immediate Care AZ has provided me with NAD+ infusions and IV therapy on multiple occasions, adn the care has been outstanding every time. Dr. Skinner takes the time to truly listen and focuses on delivering real results instead of rushing through appointments. Their facility is exceptionally well organized, very modern and clean. Great experience overall.
