I had a great experience today at this location. They were very thorough very polite and welcoming. They also made sure my insurance went through prior, also she went over everything in detail to make sure it’s exactly what I wanted done.On top of that.They make a really great team, and will surely be my new primary location for dental work..

All the dentists and staff were nice but it was SO difficult to get a cleaning. Additionally, they did my fillings super quickly which you'd think is a good thing but I had to go to a different dentist office (because of the LOW availability for a cleaning) and they mentioned that almost all of my filling were uneven/had gaps still. So now I have to get my filling fixed. It was so frustrating and annoying. As much as the staff and sweet, I don't think it is the best place to go to.

Thorough in both making sure they accepted my insurance before taking me back and enjoyed speaking with both Isaiah and Nisha. Nisha explained the work that needs to be done on my teeth in a manner that I understood. Looking forward to have my dental needs done at this facility.

Everyone is always so kind. From the front desk workers, assistants, to Dr. Bir the atmosphere is so welcoming. Growing up I had bad experiences with other dental offices but this office makes your visit great.

I had my first appointment here on 02/11/26 and it was infuriating from the second I walked in. The front desk didn’t even say hello—no greeting, no acknowledgment—just immediately barked, “Your appointment was at 11,” twice, in a venomous, condescending tone. There was only one other person in the waiting area, and yet she made me feel humiliated for an honest mistake. When I calmly asked about rescheduling, she acted like I was a burden, as if my time and my health meant nothing. I left furious, didn’t get the help I desperately need, and now have to start the entire process over. The building is a depressing, run-down joke—a perfect mirror for the ugly, hostile attitude of the staff. I can’t imagine how any patient survives here, and I refuse to risk botched dental work or mistreatment ever again. I have escalated the matter formally.
