Valer Dental & Braces

Horrible customer service. I called prior the the appointment and was on hold for more than 15 minutes so I hung up. We came in at 10:45 to fill out paper work for a braces consult. I had a question and the receptionist had her child there. The child kept interrupting to show her something and she kept ignoring my questions to attend her child’s questions. while she’s at work. I turned in the paper work and we were waiting to get called back and everyone was getting called back and after about 10 minutes the receptionist asked me “are you done with your paper work” and I told her I turned it in already. So they forgot to check us in, until I asked when we were going to get called back and that’s when they finally called us after waiting. And the other receptionists super rude no smiles. The gentleman who helped us was super nice and the doctor as well no complaints there! They were beyond nice. But the front desk needs to be more kind and more informative to their patients. Doctor told me to get the fees and Norma said we don’t do that until you get a response from the insurance but the Dr and the gentleman who helped us directly told us to get the fees and she was just like let me ask the doctor so I just walked out. I rather just deal with someone else who’s actually willing to help out. And only reason these people have so many “good reviews” is because they offer a $50 gift card if you leave one. They have signs everywhere offering $50 if you scan the QR code and leave a GOOD review

Valer Dental is honestly the best! Everyone there is so kind and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The whole team treats you with genuine care and respect you can tell they truly value their patients. I also have to mention the orthodontist’s son, Carter he’s awesome! He’s such a great part of the team and really made us feel important and welcome. He’s so sweet and caring. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel right at home, but Valer Dental definitely does. I highly recommend them! 💙 Thank you so much!

I was very happy with my visit, everyone was very nice, Dr. Lo was excellent in explaining things other Dr.'s haven't explained prior. Crystal went out of her way to help me with my paperwork, and Justin was very patient with me regarding the x-rays. It's a lovely place to go to, they made me feel comfortable. The Dr. is smart and knowledgeable.

I have never in my life been happier with any dental care facility. The staff are all friendly and helpful. My dentist is excellent and kind and patient. I couldn't be happier.

My two kids are both got their braces here! Absolutely love the customer service and the staff. They are very professional and caring about their customers. Highly recommend Valer dental on Coors.
